摘要
目的探讨肝脏快速容积采集(LAVA)序列在MR胃癌分期诊断中的应用价值。方法对经胃镜病理证实的29例胃癌行术前MR检查,采用单次激发快速自旋回波(SSFSE)序列、双回波扰相梯度同反相位序列(SPGR-dual echo)及LAVA序列扫描,比较不同序列的图像质量及T分期诊断准确率。结果 3个序列图像质量评分差异有统计学意义,LAVA序列对肿瘤和邻近器官的显示及伪影评分优于SSFSE和SPGR-dual echo序列;LAVA序列T分期诊断准确率最高,为82.76%(24/29)。结论 MR LAVA序列图像质量好,对胃癌T分期诊断准确率高。
Objective To investigate the value of liver acquisition with volume acceleration (LAVA) sequence in MRI staging of gastric cancer. Methods Twenty-nine patients with gastric cancer confirmed pathologically underwent MR scanning. All the patients were given single shot fast spin echo (SSFSE) sequence, dual echo spoiled gradient recalled echo (SPGR-dual echo) sequence and enhanced LAVA sequence before operation. The imaging quality and diagnostic accuracy of T-staging were analyzed and compared. Results Image quality scores of SSFSE, SPGR-dual echo and LAVA sequences had significantly differences in imaging (P^0.05). The image score of tumor display, adjacent organs display and artifacts in LAVA were better than those of the other two sequences. The diagnostic accuracy of T staging of for LAVA sequence was the highest (the accuracy rate of 82.76% (24/29), higher than that of the other two sequences). Conclusion MR LAVA sequence has good imaging quality and high diagnostic accuracy in T staging of gastric cancer.
