摘要
通过对铝磷酸盐的有机/无机复合型铸造粘结剂进行改性,加入含硼改性剂后,研究其对粘结剂稳定性的影响及对型砂强度和抗吸湿性的影响。结果表明,含硼改性剂能有效提高热固化型砂的强度,一定程度上改善其抗吸湿性能。
Aluminum phosphate-based organic/inorganic composite foundry binder was modified by adding boron. The effect of binder stability, sand strength and humidity resistance were studied. The results show that the boron-containing modifier can effectively improve the strength of the heat-curing sand, to some extent, improve its humidity resistance.
