摘要
以42CrMo钢为采煤机截齿齿体、YG15硬质合金为截齿齿头,HL105铜焊片为钎料,通过采用自制水溶性铜钎焊焊剂,对截齿进行感应钎焊。通过研究截齿钎焊后钎缝显微组织和力学性能,发现使用自制钎剂钎焊的截齿焊缝,其抗弯强度达到了优等水平。且钎剂与水的比例为4:6时,钎缝质量要优于用脱水硼砂和稀释比为5:5的铜钎剂的钎缝。采用研制的水溶性铜钎剂钎焊的截齿,寿命比普通国产截齿有较大提高,具有广阔的市场前景。
By using HL105 brazing piece as filler metal and the water soluble copper brazing agent made by self,the coal cutter was welded by induction brazing.42CrMo steel can be used as body and YG15 hard alloy can be used as head.By studying the microstructure and mechanical property of brazing seam,the bending strength of the welded joint was welded by using home-made fluxes,which has achieve a superior level.The quality of the brazing seam on the condition of the fluxes and water in a four-to-six ratio is superior,when the fluxe is dewatering borax or the fluxes and water in a half-to-half ratio.The longevity of shearer picks welded by water soluble copper brazing agent made by self improves largely.The pieks produced by new process is larger market.
