摘要
本工作采用ICP-AES法分析党参标样中的微量元素。探讨了样品的前处理方法。通过桃叶标准样品的分析与不同方法的分析结果比较,证明了方法的准确性,从而为党参标准参考物质的研制提供了准确可靠的数据。
This work is an analysis of microelements in Codonopsis pilosula (Franch) Nannf by ICPAES. The pretreatments of the sample are discussed. The accuracy of this method is verified by analysis of the standard sample of peach leaves and by comparison with the results of alternative techniques. The data obtained are accurate and reliable and they can be used for reference meterial of Codonopsis pilosula (Franch) Nannf.
