摘要
本文报道了新试剂5-(2′-苯骈噻唑偶氮)-8-氨基喹啉(BTAQ)的合成。研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)增溶下,在弱酸性介质中它与钯的显色反应。建立了分光光度法测定微量钯的高选择性新方法,用于钯催化剂中微量钯的测定,结果满意。
The colour reaction of palladium with 5-(2'-benzo-thiazolylazo)-8-aminoquinoline (BTAQ) in the presence of a cationic surfactant has been investigated. Experimental results show that in weakly acidic medium, BTAQ reacts with palladium to form a blue-green colour complex with a maximum absorbance at 625nm. Its apparent molar absorptivity is found to be 4. 1×10~4L.mol^(-1)-cm^(-1). The composition of the complex has been estimated to be Pd:'BTAQ= 1:1 by the methods of molar ratio and continuous variation. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~25μg Pd/25mL. The proposed method has been used for the determination of palladium in catalysts with satisfactory results.
