摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平百里香精油对麻花鸡生长性能、养分利用率、血清生化指标和肠道菌群的影响。选用1日龄麻花鸡768只,分8个处理(0、0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20、0.25、0.30和0.35mg/kg),每个处理4个重复,每个重复24只鸡。试验分1~21、22~42日龄两个阶段,在试验第17~21天和38~42天分别进行代谢试验,试验第21和42天进行屠宰试验。结果表明:百里香精油可极显著提高麻花鸡22~42、1~42日龄的ADG(P〈O.01),显著降低麻花鸡22~42、1~42日龄的F/G(P〈0.05);同时0.05、0.1、0.15、0.2mg/kg精油组显著降低肠道大肠杆菌、沙门茵和乳酸杆菌的数量(P〈0.05);0.15mg/kg精油组显著提高麻花鸡前期血清中总蛋白和后期血钙含量(P〈0.05);0.1mg/kg精油组显著提高全期粗蛋白质、前期代谢能、后期磷的养分表观利用率(P〈0.05)。综合所有参数,精油适宜添加水平为0.1~0.25mg/kg。
To study the effects of dietary different levels of thyme essential oils on growth performance,nutrients utilization,serum biochemical parameters and intestinal flora of broilers,768 1-day-age Mahua chicken were allotted into 8 treatments which contained 4 replicates and 24 birds per replicate. The basic diet was added with 0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15, 0.20,0.25,0.30 and 0.35 mg/kg thyme essential oil. Metabolic tests were carried out during 17 to 21 and 38 to 42 days of age to determine nutrient availability. Four birds were selected from each replicate and killed on day 21 and day 42. The results showed that thyme essential oil could significantly improve ADG and reduced F/G at 22 to 42 and 1 to 42 days of age. At the same time 0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2 mg/kg essential oils significantly decreased duodenal,ileal Escherichia coil, Salmonella and LactobaciUus amount; 0.15 mg/kg essential oils significantly improved serum total protein of 1 to21 days age and serum calciam of 22 to 42 days age (P〈0.05);0.1 mg/kg essential oils significantly improved crude protein,metabolizable energy of 1 to 21 days age,phosphorus nutrient apparent utilization of 22 to 42 days age (P〈0.05). According to all the parameters,it was suggested that the essential oils add a level of 0.1-0.25 mg/kg were superior.
