摘要
设计并提出了一种基于模糊集理论的虚拟养老服务评价模型,通过养老服务的需求倾向分析间接对服务质量进行评价,对传统的系统模型进行了补充,并通过系统中真实的取样数据的计算验证了实验的效果.
An evaluation model for virtual nursing home service based on fuzzy set theory was devised and put forward. Through the analysis of the demand tendency of the services for the aged, the qulity of the services was evaluated indirectly, thus providing a supplement to the traditional model, and its effect was verified through the calculation of sampling data of a real system.
