摘要
对逆m序列伪随机的产生和随机相位脉冲宽度调制(RPPWM)的原理进行了论述,推导出了逆m序列的频谱表达式和RPPWM的主要波形。并采用等效频谱分析模型,避开对非线性比较器的直接建模,降低了分析难度,得到了RPPWM波形频谱的解析表达式。通过对比方波RPPWM和逆m序列RPPWM的波形频谱表达式,从理论上证明了逆m序列RPPWM具有较优的电磁兼容(EMC)特性。实验结果表明,在奇数次开关频率附近,逆m序列RPPWM具有较好的电磁干扰(EMI)峰值抑制效果;逆m序列RPPWM与已有随机频率脉冲宽度调制(RFPWM)结合具有良好的应用前景。
To meet the requirement of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) peak suppression of inverter, inverse m sequence Random Phase Pulse Width Modulation (RPPWM) is proposed. The generation of pseudo--random inverse m sequence and RPPWM principle are presented. The spectral distribution expression of inverse m sequence and the main waveforms of RPPWM are deduced. By adopting the equivalent spectrum analysis mode, which avoids direct analysis of the nonlinear comparator and reduces the difficulty of analysis, the analytical expression of RPPWM waveform spectrum is obtained. By comparison with waveform spectrum expression of square wave RPPWM, it is proved that inverse m sequence RPPWM has superior Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) characteristic from theory aspect. Experimental results indicate that inverse m sequence RPPWM has better EMI peak suppression effect in the vicinity of the odd switching frequencies. The combination of inverse m sequence RPPPWM and other Random Frequency Pulse Width Modulation (RFPWM) has an excellent application prospect.
