摘要
本试验使用 5只成年母鸡 ,采用 846合剂全身麻醉 ,伏卧或仰卧保定 ,进行输尿管引出手术。手术分两步进行 ,最后使输尿管开口从泄殖腔壁上游离出来 ,固定并暴露于尾下肛门上方的体表。试验结果表明 ,手术对鸡无明显不良影响 ,术后鸡正常采食和产蛋 ,能长期饲养并分别采集单纯的尿液和粪便 ,可作为一种有用的试验动物模型。
Five hens were led into anesthesia by 846 mixture preparation at every pore and immobilized in the pasture of being on their back or kissing the ground, and were conducted exteriorization of ureters. Concretely say, the operation was in two steps and the ureters door was dissociated from the wall of cloaca then the ureters were fixed and exposed on the body surface between the tail and the anus in the end. The results showed that the hens employed were not distinctly influenced by the operation, i.e., after operated, those hens still can eat and lay eggs normally as well as live chronically, that the net urea and feces can be collected respectively, which can be utilized as a useful experimental animal model.
