摘要
为了解基因型及环境对烤烟清香型风格和感官质量的影响,采用AMMI模型对清香型烟叶产区5个试点6个基因型烟叶的清香型风格、香气特征、烟气特征、口感特征及感官质量评价得分进行了分析。结果表明:5个评价指标的基因型与环境互作效应分别占总平方和的45.8%、52.2%、59.0%、61.2%及56.6%,烤烟清香型风格和感官质量受基因型与环境互作效应的影响大于基因型和环境,清香型风格和烟气特征受环境效应的影响大于基因型,香气特征和感官质量受基因型效应的影响大于环境。AMMI模型可用于烤烟基因型与环境对烟叶风格和感官质量影响的分析,初步筛选出了较能彰显各产区试点清香型烟叶风格和感官质量的烤烟基因型。
AMMI model was used to analyze the effects of genotype and environment on clean aroma type and sensory taste quality of flue-cure tobacco.The scores of evaluation of clean aroma type,aroma characters,smoke characters and sensory taste quality from six genotypes leaves planted in five clean aroma areas sites were analyzed.The results showed that the interacting effect of genotype and environment were larger than that of genotype and environment,the percentages of these five evaluation indexes were 45.8%,52.2%,59.0%,61.2% and 56.6% of the lolal sum of squares,environment effect was larger than that of genotype on clean aroma type and smoke characters,and genotype effect was larger than that of environment on aroma characters and sensory taste quality.AMMI model can be used to evaluate effects of genotype and environment on clean aroma type and sensory taste quality of flue-cure tobacco.The genotypes suitable for demonstrating clean aroma type and sensory taste quality of flue-cure tobacco in different clean aroma areas sites were selected primarily.
