响应面分析法优化超声波提取芦荟总蒽醌工艺 被引量:2

Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction for Total Anthraquinones from Aloe Leaves by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为了探索超声波提取芦荟蒽醌的最佳工艺,利用响应面分析法对芦荟蒽醌的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上,选取超声时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数、超声温度为影响因子,以芦荟蒽醌的得率作为响应值,根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理采用4因素3水平的响应面分析法对超声波提取芦荟蒽醌的提取条件进一步优化。结果表明:芦荟蒽醌提取的最佳工艺条件为超声时间31 min、料液比1∶43(g/mL)、乙醇体积分数70%、超声温度83℃,在此条件下,测得芦荟蒽醌最高得率达到5.70%。芦荟蒽醌的得率比常规浸提法高,同时大大缩短提取时间。 Response surface methodology was used for optimizing ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions in the extraction of total anthraquinones from aloe leaves.Based on One-Factor-at-a-Time (OFAT) experinents,four independent variables,namely ultrasonic treatment time,material-to-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration and extraction temperature,were selected as the casual factors during extraction.The experinents were arranged according to Box-Behnken central composite design.Response surface analysis was applied to determine the yield of total anthraquinones with the four extraction conditions which were composite design (CCD).The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of total anthraquinones from aloe leaves were:ultrasonic treatment time of 31 min,the ratio of material to solvent 1∶43 (g/mL),ethanol concentration 70 % and extraction temperature 83 ℃.Under these conditions,the maximum extraction yield of total anthraquinones was up to 5.70 %,which was higher than that of the conventional extraction,and the extracted time was significantly reduced.
