摘要
蓝藻具有吸附性能,可将其用作吸附剂处理含铜离子的污水。在已知浓度的铜溶液中分别加入一定量的蓝藻液(活藻)、干藻,调节pH值,测定其在不同的pH值及不同的时间下的吸附情况。实验数据显示:以蓝藻液做吸附剂时,当pH值为5,吸附时间为12 h时的吸附效果最佳,吸附量为48.1μg/g,;以干藻作吸附剂时,吸附时间为12 h,pH值为3时吸附效果最佳,吸附量为47.9μg/g。
In order to study the adsorption effect of the cyanobacteria, a certain amount of cyanobacteria liquid and dry cyanobacteria were put into a density-known Copper solution separately. Measure the remove efficiency of the copper ions. The data show that when the adsorption time was 12 h, the pH was 5, the best adsorption efficiency of the cyanobacteria liquid was got, the adsorption amount was 48.1 μg/g. For the dry cyanobacteria, the best adsorption efficiency was got at pH 3, adsorption time 12h,the adsorption amount was 47.9 μg/g.
