Preparation of Ultrafine Copper Powder by Hydrazine Hydrate

摘要 利用葡萄糖预还原法,以水合肼为还原剂,五水硫酸铜为原料,改变实验条件,制备得到了分散均匀的球形超细铜粉,并用XRD和SEM对其进行了表征。结果表明,在表面活性剂的保护下,采用葡萄糖与还原法可制得粒度分布均匀,分散性好且具有抗氧化性的球形超微铜粉。 Ultrafine copper powders were prepared by glucose pre-reduction method. Hydrazine hydrate was used as reductants, copper sulfate pcntahydrate was used as a raw materiah The spherical products with dispersible uniformity were obtained by changing the experiment conditions. The products have been characterized by XRD and SEM observation. The results show that the ultrafine copper powders have good dispersity and stability with the protection by the dispersants.
