摘要
文章采用硅胶柱层析方法分离提纯杜仲叶绿原酸,薄层色谱法对各分离部位进行定性表征,采用分光光度法对各分离部位中绿原酸含量进行了测定,并采用ABTS+方法测定了各洗脱物的抗氧化活性。结果表明硅胶对杜仲叶绿原酸具有一定的富集能力,各洗脱物的抗氧化活性顺序为:G50>G70>G100≈绿原酸标准品≈Vc。
Chlorogenic acid in eucommia ulmoides leaf were separated by silica gel column chromatography. The chlorogenic acid content and the ABTS scavenging activity of the eluates were evaluated with the spectrophotometry method. The results show that the silica gel has the ability to purify ehlorogenic acid. The strength order of antioxidant capacity is G50〉 G70 〉 G 100=chlorogenic acid standard=Vc
