摘要
文章主要研究物理化学的教学方法,在课堂物理化学实验教学的基础上,通过在生产现场对电子产品大量使用的导电铝浆的差热与失重分析和导电银浆的粘度测试与调整,将物理化学教学实验与实际生产的产品测试相结合,进一步加深对相关实验原理及方法的理解,培养学生独立思考、独立实践的意识,增强其分析问题、解决问题的能力。
The paper studies the physical and chemical methods of teaching physical chemistry experiment teaching in the classroom, based on the production site by a large number of electronic products used in differential thermal conductive aluminum paste and conductive silver paste with gravimetric analysis and adjustment of the viscosity of the test, the physical hemistry teaching experiment with the actual products tested combination further deepen the principles and methods related experiments to understand, develop students' independent thinking, independent practice of awareness and enhance its analysis of issues, problem-solving abilities.
