摘要
本试验从单倍体诱导系 Stock6与高油玉米群体 BHO的杂交后代中经过不断的测交和选择 ,育成了我国第一个孤雌生殖单倍体诱导系农大高诱 1号。在 16个测交组合中高诱一号对 4 11自交系的单倍体诱导率最高 ( 9.2 % ) ;而对 H4自交系的单倍体诱导率最低 ( 1.92 % ) ;其平均单倍体诱导率为5.34 %。以黄绿苗自交系 Syn695yg为测验种 ,高诱 1号的诱导率达 5.8% ,较 Stock6高出 5倍 ;同时其籽粒 Navajo标记较之 Stock6更加明显 ,而且还结合了 ABP1紫色植株标记和独特的大胚面标记。高诱 1号的花粉量大、繁殖容易 。
Through successive testcrosses and selections in subsequent generations of a hybrid between haploid inducer Stock6 and Beijing High Oil population (BHO), we have developed the first parthenogenesis haploid inducer CAU Inducer in China. In sixteen testcrosses with CAU Inducer as pollinator, the induced haploid percentages were determined. The frequency of haploid induced from inbred 411 was the highest (9.2%), and that from inbred H4 was the lowest (1.92%). The average percentage of haploid induced from all of the sixteen materials was 5.34%. With virescent inbred line Syn695yg as haploid tester, the percentage of haploid induced by CAU Inducer was 5.8%, about six times as that induced by Stock6. Apart from more obvious Navajo marker than that of Stock6, CAU Inducer also has purple plant marker conditioned by ABPl genes and large germ face. Moreover, with its large pollen shedding and easy propagation, CAU Inducer is a good material for parthenogenesis haploid inducing.
