摘要
在碳交易框架下研究碳资产质押的融资模式,以解决供应链低碳化过程中的融资难题。首先界定了供应链层面的碳资产概念并分析了其可质押性。之后利用演进的思路从供应链资源、结构和实践三个角度分析了碳交易下供应链融资的新趋势,并提出碳资产质押贷款的融资模式。最后,针对基于配额交易的碳资产质押贷款设计了单个企业和供应链融资的具体业务流程。
This paper analyzes the financial application of the carbon asset to solve the financing problems in supply chain with emission reduction pressure. First, the article defined the carbon asset based on the property of carbon emission permit and demonstrated the feasibility of carbon asset pledging. Then, it analyzes the inevitable trend of supply chain financing gradual progress on the view of supply chain resource, structure and practice. Finally, it puts forward a new financing model for supply chain, carbon asset pledging, and designes the specific business process of the model in the allowances market.
