摘要
随着老年人口数量的不断增大,中国现已全面进入老年化社会,老年人养老方式的问题越来越受到关注,而老年住房和社区规划则成为规划界不断探讨、研究的课题。在西方发达国家,针对老年人特殊需求的住房和社区规划建设已经有数十年的发展历史,在老年住房和社区建设方面有着丰富的经验。通过对其住房类型、特点等的研究分析,可以为中国的养老方式提供土地利用、设计及管理等方面的参考与借鉴。
China has stepped in aging society as senior population increases, and retirement life has become a focus issue. Senior housing is being studied in planning domain. The paper introduces the characters and types of senior housing in westem countries, and provides reference for China＇s retirement life arrangement in land use, design, and management.
