帕金森病患者血尿酸测定及临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 摘要:目的分析帕金森病患者的血尿酸水平,探讨血尿酸水平与帕金森病(Parkinson’sdisease,PD)的关系。方法选择该院2009年9月~2012年3月门诊及住院诊断为PD的52例患者为帕金森病组,同时选择同期与帕金森病组年龄、性别、民族相匹配的健康体检者52例为对照组,回顾性分析两组受检者空腹静脉血尿酸水平,对结果进行统计学分析。结果帕金森病组血尿酸水平明显低于健康体检人群(P〈0.01);帕金森病患者Hoehn—Yahr分级之间的血尿酸水平相比较无等级相关性(r=0.132,P〉0.05);各期帕金森病患者的血尿酸水平均低于健康对照组(P〈0.01)。结论帕金森病患者血尿酸水平降低可能为帕金森病的危险因素之一,但不能用来评定疾病的严重程度,血尿酸水平可作为帕金森病早期生物学标记之一。 [ Objective ] To analyze the serum uric acid levels in Parkinson's disease (PD), and to explore whether the serum uric acid levels were associated with the disease progression of PD. [ Methods ] To take a retrospective research method, 52 cases with Parkinson's disease received a medical examination in the outpatient and inpatient were collected as PD group, during from September 2009 to March 2012. And 52 healthy persons whose age, sex and nationality matched PD patients were collected as control group, the comparison was made between the two groups. [ Results ] The serum uric acid levels in PD group were significantly lower than those in normal control group (P 〈0.01). There was a significantly inverse correlation of uric levels with PD in Hoehn-Yahr scales (r =0.132, P 〉 0.05), and compared with the normal control group, the serum uric acid level of any stages of PD patients were lower(P 〈0.01). [ Conclusion] Lower serum uric acid levels is likely to be a higher risk of PD. But it can not be used to assess the severity of the disease, which can be used as one of the early biomarker to indicate the progression of PD.
