摘要
针对物流服务水平影响产品市场需求的问题,建立制造商处于主导地位的3PL参与下的供应链决策模型,运用逆向归纳法分析制造商、3PL和零售商对相关参数的决策,设计一个收益共享契约。结果表明,在分散式决策下,零售商支付全部物流费用可以使各企业收益达到最大;集中式决策下的总收益比分散式决策下的总收益大;适当的收益共享系数能使三者都获得大于分散式决策下的收益。最后给出了相应的算例和经济管理方面的分析。
Based on the truth that logistics service level influences consumers' demand, a supply chain decision model which manufacturer is a leader is developed. Then the backward induction is used to analyze the manufacturer, 3PL and re- tailer' s decision for relevant parameters. Then a contract of revenue sharing to coordinate the supply chain is designed. The conclusion implies that in decentralized decision model, if the retailer pays the logistics service expenses, they can all gain the most profit, the total revenue in centralized decision model is greater than that in decentralized decision model, proper parameter in the revenue sharing contract can make the manufacture, 3PL and retailer get more profit than at decen- tralized decision. At last, relevant numerical cases are used to demonstration the validity of the conclusion.
