本文介绍了美国医疗机构评审的模式及实施现状,阐述了美国医疗机构联合委员会在医疗机构评审中承担的责任及其评审制度的设计和运行机制。并通过深入分析美国医疗机构评审的先进经验,为我国医疗机构评审制度的改革与路径选择提出建议性措施。
This article gives an account of Healthcare Organization Accreditation and the implementation status in the United States, and elaborates the responsibilities of Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization in Hospital Accreditation, as well as its evaluation system design and operation mechanism. And through the in-depth analysis and reviews of the advanced experience of medical institutions in the United States, recommended measures was put forward on the reform of evaluation system of medical institutions and Path Selection.
