摘要
高校实验室不仅是培养学生实践能力的基地,还是学校开展实验教学、教师开展科研工作以及提供技术服务的场所。然而在我国高校实验室管理中,普遍存在管理模式繁杂的特点,已经无法满足教育改革的大趋势,迫切需要提高高校实验室管理水平。以下就来探讨高校实验室管理模式的改革与应用。
University laboratory is not only a base for training students＇ practical ability, but also the place for schools to car- ry out experimental teaching; teachers carry out research work as well as providing technical service. However, in the man- agement of university laboratories, the prevalence of complex management features has been unable to meet the trend of edu- cation reform, the urgent need to improve the management level of university laboratories. In the following, we＇ll discuss the reform and application of university laboratory management model.
