复合性眼眶骨折联合手术的临床分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价复合性眼眶骨折联合手术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾总结2005年6月至2012年12月72例复合性眼眶骨折病例,包括颅一眶骨折10例、鼻一眶一筛骨折12例、眶一颧骨折38例、多发性骨折12例,均采用联合手术骨折复位内固定、眼眶整复重建手术。通过眼眶CT判断骨折的复位情况,评价颜面部畸形、眼球内陷改善程度,评估眼球运动、复视和视力等。结果术后随访6~84个月,平均(12.03±2.31)月。眼眶CT示:骨折对位良好,钛板、人工骨板无移动;眶缘、颜面部畸形、眼球下移、内陷均得到有效矫正;复视和眼球运动受限得到明显改善,术后视力未下降;未发现植入物排斥现象或其他不良反应。结论复合性眼眶骨折的联合手术疗效确切,并发症少,能更有效地使解剖结构及功能恢复,提高手术成功率。 Objective To evaluate the results of patients after complex orbital fracture surgery. Methods During June 2005 to December 2012, 72 patients with complex cases of orbital fracture, in- cluding 10 cases of cranial - orbital fractures, 12 cases of nasal - orbital - Screen fractures, 38 cases of orbital - cheekbones fold, 12 cases of multiple orbital fractures, adopted combined surgeries for fracture reduction and internal fixation and orbital reconstructive surgery. Results Orbital CT find- ings showed that no displacement happened in titanium implants and synthetic bones; facial deformity and enophthalmos were well corrected; diplopia and the limit of eyeball movement were significantly improved; no visual loss, no rejection or other adverse reactions occurred. Conclusions Patients with complex orbital fracture treated through combined surgery has fewer complications, and more ef- fective in the anatomical structure and functional recovery, improve the success rate of surgery.
