摘要
卫生人才是深入推进医改的重要支撑。运用人力资源能力成熟度理论,针对我国公立医院人力资源管理和发展的实际,分析探讨我国公立医院引入人力资源能力成熟度的必要性,尝试提出关于我国公立医院相应成熟度分级的思考,并对当前公立医院人力资源管理存在的问题加以评述,为逐步改进和完善卫生人力资源管理提供借鉴和参考。
Human resource is the crucial pillar to launch medical and health reform. Based on the theory of People Capability Maturity Model (PCMM), the paper analyzes the necessity of introducing PCMM to the management process of human resource in public hospitals in China, and tries to separate public hospitals into the levels of the model. The paper also discusses the major problems the public hospitals encountering in the management of human resources.
