摘要
电针对于缺血性脑损伤有治疗作用,目前对其干预作用的实验室研究较为广泛,涉及到组织形态学、分子生物学、电生理学、生化等方面,具体的作用概括为恢复血液供应、神经保护、神经再生三个方面,包括血管新生、抗细胞凋亡、神经干细胞的增殖分化等,笔者就近几年的实验研究结果做一总结。
The electro - acupuncture is useful for ischemic brain injury, and its laboratory research about func- tion is conducted more widely, involving tissue morphology, molecular biology, electrophysiology, biochemis- try, and so on. The specific effects can be summarized as three aspects of the restoration of the blood supply, neuroprotection, nerve regeneration, involving angiogenesis, anti -apoptosis, neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation. The author makes a summary about experimental findings in the recent years.
