摘要
介绍了铁路货车配件斜楔铸件的结构及技术要求。通过严格控制化学成分、孕育处理及热处理工艺,最终生产的铸件化学成分符合设计要求,石墨形状为A-E型,且细小、均匀分布;等温淬火后的金相组织为奥氏体和贝氏体;附铸试块的抗拉强度超过600 MPa,伸长率达到5%左右,铸件本体的硬度达到350 HBW。
An introduction was given to the configuration and technical requirements of the oblique wedge casting used for railway lorry. By strictly controlling chemical composition,inoculation treatment process and heat treatment process,the composition of the finally produced casting met design requirement,its graphite was A-E type having small size and uniform distribution;its microstructure after iso-thermally quenching was consisted of austenite and bainite;the tensile strength of attached test bar was higher than 600 MPa, elongation reached about 5%, the hardness of casting body reached 350 HBW.
