摘要
摊铺机工作装置中的振动器和振捣器的振动参数对沥青混合料铺层密实度有重要影响,以共振理论为基础,使用ABG8820型摊铺机对AC-20沥青混合料进行了足尺摊铺试验研究。通过调节摊铺机的振动频率、振捣频率,采用PQI 301无核密度仪测定铺层混合料的相对密度,建立了振动频率、振捣频率与铺层材料密实度之间的相互关系,确定了最佳的振动频率范围。
The vibration parameter of the vibrator and the tamping bar o;f paver working device has an important influence on asphalt mixture layer compactness. Based on resonance theory, the AC-20 asphalt mixture was carried on full-scale paving tests by using ~820 paver. Through adjusting the vibrator frequency and tamping bar frequency of paver, the relative density of layer mixture was measured by using PQI 301, the relationship between the vibrator frequency and tamping bar frequency, com- pactness of layer materials was established and the optimal vibration frequency range was determined.
