Absorption and transport mechanism of small peptides and their physiological functions

摘要 小肽是蛋白质在胃肠道消化时的终产物中的主要组分之一,在蛋白质营养中具有重要作用.目前研究表明小肽可直接被肠道吸收进入循环系统,这也是体内蛋白质吸收的主要形式,但其转运体系与氨基酸的转运体系相互独立.本文就小肽的吸收转运体系、其用于肠内营养的优点及一些具有重要生理意义的小肽一一进行阐述. Small peptides is one of the main components in the final product of protein digestion in the gastrointestinal tract,which plays an important role in protein nutrition.Present studies show that small peptides in the intestine can be absorbed directly into the circulation,which is also the main form of protein absorption in vivo.However,the transporter system of small peptides is independent from that of amino acids.This paper elaborates on the absorption and transport system of small peptides,their advantages in enteral nutrition,and some small peptides with critical physiological functions.
