摘要
以韶山系列电力机车制动系统为研究对象,设计了实时监测与故障诊断专家系统。系统采用分布式结构,由各功能节点完成信息的采集,数据通过CAN总线发送至工控机进行在线监测及故障诊断。建立了机车制动系统故障树模型,并根据故障树模型完成了故障诊断专家系统的开发。根据系统精度要求,在O~800kPa的制动系统压力变化范围内进行了实验,实验中被测压力每次变化幅度为5kPa,对同一被测压力连续4次采样后取平均值作为该压力的测量结果。以压力采样结果与基准值的误差为依据,进行分段线性处理后,系统的检测误差可以控制在5kPa以内,满足设计要求。此外,实验结果还表明系统能够可靠的完成数据采集、通讯、实时显示等功能。
With Shaoshan series electric locomotive braking system as the research object, designed the real time monitoring and iault diagnosis expert system. With distributed structure, the system has the functional nodes to complete data acquisition. Industrial control com puter receives data through CAN bus to realize monitoring and fault diagnosis. By establishing the fault tree model, finished the development of fault diagnosis expert system. According to the system precision requirement, complete the pressure experiment in the range of 0 800 kPa. Each variation is 5 kPa, and the 4 times sampling average value of the same pressure is taken as measurement result. Based on the error of the measurement result to the reference value, the system's error can be controlled within 5kPa after segmented linear processing and it has met the design requirements. In addition, the experiment shows that the system can reliably complete data acquisition, communication, dis play and other functions.
