摘要 针对国内某型风洞模型腹撑控制系统监测能力不足的问题,提出了一种以NI-CRIO为核心构建的现场数据采集设备方案,该方案采用高性能嵌入式控制器,结合基于LabVIEW RT开发的实时采集程序,通过工业Modbus总线协议实现了系统各种参数的实时采集和传输;实际运行情况表明,该设备能够在复杂的现场情况下长期运行,工作稳定可靠。 Aim at resolving lack of capability for data collecting in model attitude control system of wind tunnel, it presented a data collec- ting resolution based on NI--CRIO. It uses high performance embedded controller, real time software designed with LabVIEW RT and mod- bus data transmission protocol, which realized real--time data collecting and transmission. It is indicated that the equipment can work well in complex working condition for a long time.
