摘要
基于虚拟仪器技术,设计出一种以FPGA为硬件基础,LabVIEW为软件工具的图形化编程LCR测试仪,重点论述了硬件电路各个模块的设计方案和上位机软件的设计实现。实际测试表明,该系统操作简单,实时性强,精度高,具有一定的使用价值和推广价值,适用于高校实验室等领域。
Based on the virtual instrument technology, a graphical programming LCR tester which used FPGA as the basic hardware and LabVIEW as the programming tool was designed. The design implementation for each module of the hardware circuit and the PC software were specifically described, It's validated by rigorous testing that the system is high accuracy, easy for opera- tion, real-time and low power. Therefore, the system has some values of use and promotion and can be widely utilized for labora- tory of colleges and the other fields.
