摘要
为考察长江航道科研试验新基地6#模型实验大厅张弦桁架铸钢支承节点的受力性能,对该铸钢节点进行了足尺试验研究和有限元分析。采用专门设计的加载反力架,试验测得了铸钢节点应力分布状况。采用ABAQUS软件进行线性有限元分析,得到了节点模型在1.3倍设计荷载下的应力和变形。考虑材料塑性发展,进行非线性有限元分析,得到节点极限荷载和失效破坏形式。试验与有限元分析结果表明:1.3倍设计荷载下,该节点处于线弹性受力状态;超过极限荷载之后,节点应力极值位置会发生变化,节点失效将从拉索锚固端局部塑性发展开始。
To evaluate the behavior of cast steel support joint of truss string structure which was used in No. 6 model test hall for Yangtze River channel, full-scale experiment and FEM analysis were conducted. The stress distribution of joint was attained by reaction frame loading system, which was designed specially. The stress and deformation on the condition of 1.3 times design load were obtained by elastic FEM analysis. Taking material plastic development into account, ultimate capacity and failure mechanism of the joint were achieved by non-FEM analysis. The experimental and FEM results show that joint stress is still elastic when the loading is equal to 1.3 times design load. When the force exceeds the ultimate capacity of the joint, the extreme stress position will change, and the local plastic development of cable anchor surface will result in joint damage.
