摘要
低频减载(under frequency load shedding,UFLS)是防止电力系统频率崩溃的有效手段之一。在经典系统频率响应模型(system frequency response,SFR)的基础上,建立改进频率响应模型,考虑了旋转备用容量、静态负荷模型及水轮机组调速系统的影响,并引入低频减载模块。建立一种基于PV曲线和负荷频率特性的综合指标,指导减载地点的确定及减载量的分配。提出了基于改进频率响应模型及节点综合指标的低频减载方案优化方法。仿真分析表明,改进的频率响应模型能够较好地描述系统有功-频率动态过程,提出的低频减载方案优化方法能够在保证系统频率稳定的前提下,有效地减小切除负荷量及提高频率恢复水平。
Under frequency load shedding (UFLS) is one of valid implementations to avoid system frequency collapses. Based on the conventional system frequency response model (SFR), an improved multi-generator SFR model incorporating an under frequency load shedding scheme is proposed, where the spinning reserve , static load model and hydro turbine governor are involved. A comprehensive indicator based on PV curves and load frequency characteristics is built to indicate the placement of load shedding and the allocation of the load to be curtailed. Consequently, a method to optimize UFLS scheme is proposed based on improved SFR model and the comprehensive indicator. Simulation results show that the improved SFR model can well reflect the dynamic information of frequency-active power, and the proposed UFLS optimization method can availably curtail fewer loads and enhance the frequency recovery performance under the condition of keeping the system frequency stable.
