摘要
采用挤压铸造工艺制备高速机车用Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金传动空心轴。介绍了挤压铸造模具的预热技术,以及导向定位装置、浇道、定位浇注等浇注系统的设计,成功制备出了合格的铝合金空心轴铸件。
The A1-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy hollow drive shaf of high speed engine were prepared by squeezing casting. The preheating technique of the squeezing casting mould was introduced. The guiding device, running chamlel and positioning pouring device were designed. The castings that meet requirement were produced successfully.
