摘要
在当前老龄化社会的背景下,如何更好地发展适合居家养老的城市住宅是迫切需要解决的问题。本文以老年人居住的城市住宅户内空间为调查研究对象。通过对20个案例的入户实态调查,对案例的套内空间的特点和问题进行详析,并针对部分典型案例进行优化设计,研究既有住宅在适应老年人居住方面的优化设计策略,为建设适合居家养老的城市住宅提供参考。
In the context of aging society, how to design elderly housing is a great issue. Based on 20 investigation cases, we discuss the existing functional space problems and living preferences for the elderly people. Then we discuss how to develop living spaces in common cases. The results provide insight into the problems and inform better design method of the future.
