摘要
针对西藏某地的低品位氧化铜矿进行了选矿工艺研究,通过对影响浮选指标的各因素进行优化,确定了最佳浮选工艺流程,最终获得的铜精矿中铜的品位达到24.87%,回收率达到61.30%,并且铜精矿中伴生银的品位为3 900 g/t,回收率达到77.90%。结果表明,有价金属元素铜和银都得到了有效回收。
The beneficiation experimental investigation on a copper oxide ore in Tibet is carried on, the optimum flotation tech nological process is confirmed through the optimization of each factors affecting the flotation index, and finally a copper concentrate with the graded of 24. 87% Cu and the recovery of 61.30% can be obtained, and the grade of associated silver in copper concentrate is 3 900 g/t with the recovery of 77. 90%. The results show that the valuable metal of copper and silver has been recycled effectively.
