摘要
对高速公路改扩建施工时需注意的安全、环保及交通布控问题进行研究,制定有效可行的施工组织计划,既可保证既有高速公路的行车安全及畅通,又能保证新建公路与既有高速公路的施工整体性,达到了安全、环保、高效的目的。
The safety, environmental protection and traffic surveillance problems which should be paid at- tention to in construction of expressway rebuilding are analyzed, and the effective and feasible construction orga- nization scheme is developed. It can not only ensure the safe and smooth driving of expressway traffic, but also guarantee the construction integrity of both new-built expressway and the existing highway, to achieve a safe, en- vironmentally friendly, efficient purpose.
