摘要
彝族的重要创世史诗《梅葛》勾勒了彝族古代历史发展的轮廓,并以神话般的语言,对人类的起源作了阐述。彝族的先民认为,世上的万事万物包括人都起源于虎,雪直接化为人,在洪水泛滥之际,则是葫芦保存了人种,人类才得以繁衍和发展。这样的理论看似荒诞,但真实地反映了远古的人们对世界起源的看法,其形成也与先民的图腾崇拜有着密切的关系。
Meige, the important Creation Epic of Yi, outlines the historical development of the ancient Yi, and elaborates on the origin of human beings with the mythical language. Yi ancestors hold that everything in the world, including people, has their origins in the tiger： the snow turns into humans, and on the occasion of flooding, the gourd saves human race. Such theories seem absurd, but they truly reflect of the ancient people＇ s world view of the origin. This formation also has a close relationship with ancestors＇ totemism.
