摘要
针对传统黑色色料如Fe2O3、CoO、Cr2O3、MnO在氧化铝陶瓷中具有体积电阻率较低的问题,研究了复合色料对A-92黑瓷机电性能的影响。结果表明,复合色料的加入,可明显改善陶瓷的体积电阻率,比传统色料陶瓷的体积电阻率高2个数量级,而其它性能如介质损耗、介电常数、击穿强度、抗折强度、体积密度等均达到了国家标准的相应要求。分析其原因:复合色料离子半径较大,不易迁移,且化合价稳定,在电场作用下不易变价。
The paper researches the effect of compound eolour on the mechanical and electrical properties of A 92 alumina black ce- ramic, because the ago colour example for Fe2O3,CoO,Cr2O3,MnO in alumina bbmk ceramic is lower bulk resistivity. The results show the bulk resistivity of alumina ceramic is improved when the compound colour is added,it is higher two orders that'L the ago colour, and other properties example for loss tangent, dielectric constant,bend strength, hulk density are reach to the nation standard;The reauh in the compound co[our ion radius is bigger and the compound value is stabler,it is not easier move and not easier change corn pound value.
