摘要
培养"入职顺、适应快、潜力大"的"卓越教师"不仅是高校的目标,也是地方教育事业发展的需要。探究高校、地方政府及中小学三位一体的管理模式,加强高校与中小学的互惠合作,建设长期、稳定的实习基地,保障师范生教育实习质量,提高"卓越教师"实践教学能力,是实现"卓越教师"培养目标的重要环节。
Training qualified, well-adjusted and potential "excellent teacher" is not only the goal of normal universities, but also the need for the development of local education. Exploring the trinity management mode of universities, local governments and schools, strengthening the mutual cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools, constructing long-term, stable practice bases, ensuring the quality of university students' teaching practice and improving excellent teachers' practical teaching ability are crucial for achieving the training objectives of excellent teachers.
