摘要
本试验分析比较了贵妃鸡(母本)、文昌鸡(父本)及其杂交一代的生长性能和血液生化指标,以探讨其杂交一代相对于母本贵妃鸡各项性能的改进状况。选用1日龄贵妃鸡、文昌鸡及其F1代360只,随机分成3组,每组设6个重复,每个重复20只鸡,试验期为90d,分0-4、5-8、9-13周龄三个阶段。每周以重复为单位记录投料量和剩料量,每个阶段末个体空腹称重。试验末,每组随机抽取18只鸡(每重复3只)进行翅静脉采血,测定血液生化指标。结果表明:试验末,F1代的累积采食量,末重和增重均显著高于贵妃鸡(P〈0.05),而料重比和贵妃鸡相近;血清甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量接近贵妃鸡水平,但血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量显著低于贵妃鸡(P〈0.05),血清超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛含量居于父本和母本中间。可见:贵妃鸡和文昌鸡的杂交一代相对于母本贵妃鸡,采食量增加,生长速度加快,但脂肪沉积和抗氧化性能没有明显的变化。
The experiment was conducted to contrast the performance and serum biochemical parameters between Princess chickens,Wenchang Chickens and their F 1 hybrids.Three hundred and sixty 1-day-old Princess Chickens,Wenchang Chickens and the F1 generation were randomly allotted to3 treatments for 6 replicates of 20 chickens each.The trial lasted for 90 days.Weekly feed offerings and refusals were recorded and the animal weight was measured.The blood sample was collected with18chickens from each group at the end of the experiment.The results that F1 generation significantly increased the average daily feed intake,body weight and the average daily gain compared to Princess Chickens( P 0.05),and had the similar feed/gain ratio with Princess Chickens at the end of the experiment.The F1 generation significantly reduced the serum TG and TC compared with Wenchang Chickens( P 0.05),but was close to the level of Princess Chickens.The F1 generation significantly reduced the serum TP and ALP compared with Princess Chickens( P 0.05),but the serum SOD and MDA of the F1 generation ranged the middle level of their parents.In conclusion,F1 hybrid could improve the growth performance,but did not change the body fat compared with Princess Chickens.
