摘要
对有机和常规栽培管理模式下的富士苹果果实品质、香气成分进行了测定分析,结果表明,有机栽培模式下,果实的可溶性固形物含量、风味物质种类和含量显著高于常规栽培管理的果园;不套袋果实的风味物质种类和含量显著高于套袋果实。
The apple fruit quality and aroma components were analyzed under organic and conventional cultivation and management modes. The results showed that the fruit soluble solid content, flavor types and content under organic cultivation mode were significantly higher than those from conventional cultivation and management orchard; flavor types and content of not - bagged fruits were significantly higher than those of bagged fruits.
