摘要
深入推进城市化是我国经济社会发展必由之路。随着城市化进程的推进,各类社会问题层出不穷。而城市中各类社会组织不断涌现,对于缓解城市中的种种社会问题起到了重要作用。然而,由于社会组织相关制度不健全、社会组织监督机制不完善以及社会组织自身能力不足等因素,社会组织发展和服务社会的能力也受到影响。需要构建社会组织发展完善的制度环境,加强监督机制的健全;同时,社会组织还要加强其自身的创新选择。社会组织较好发展才能与政府互补,从而弥补市场失灵带来的缺陷,构成完善的公共服务体系。
Steadily intensifying the urbanization is the only roads to develop economics and society in China and it is in line with our country＇ s condition. Along with our country＇ s urbanization, there are many social problems. With appearing of all kinds of social organizations in the city, the social organizations play an important role in alle- viating social problems in the city. It is affected in the development of social organizations and it＇ s ability to serve the society, because the institution on social organization is not perfect, the supervision mechanism to social organi- zation is also not perfect, and social organization lack capacity. We should construct perfect institutional environ- ment for social organization, strengthen the supervision mechanism, and social organization should impels the system innovation. When social organization is well developed, it can be complemented with the government to build a perfect public service system and to make up for the defects caused by market failures
