降雨冲刷对绝缘子表面污层电导率及动态积污影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 大气环境的恶化直接加重输电线路绝缘子积污,导致绝缘子的绝缘水平大大降低,而由此引发的便是一系列的污闪问题,给电力系统带来了严重的安全隐患。因此,研究在降雨冲刷绝缘子表面污秽的过程中,绝缘子表面电导的变化规律,对防污闪有着重要的意义。笔者在实验室的环境下,人工模拟降雨,用雨水冲刷不同盐密值时的绝缘子表面污秽以及在绝缘子动态积污的过程中进行降雨冲刷,得出,绝缘子表面污层电导率的变化规律,即在降雨中,绝缘子污层达到饱和浸润状态,其表面污层电导会达到一个最大值,随着降雨的持续,污层电导率逐渐减小,直到污层被冲刷干净,对预防污闪有一定的指导意义。 For the purpose of preventing pollution induced flashover on transmission line insulators, it is necessary to understand conductivity variation of insulator surface contamination during rain's flushing insulator surface pollution layer, and to investigate dynamic accumulation of the contamination. In this paper, artificial rainfall is simulated to flush the contamination on insulator surface with different pollution degree, and to flush the insulator surface during dynamic accumulation of contamination. The variation law of conductivity of pollution layer on insulator surface is thus achieved. It is shown that the contamination conductivity reaches its maximum as the contamination layer gets soakage saturation, and then becomes smaller gradually with continuous rain rushing until a clean surface is obtained.
