摘要
针对矿山管道的受力状态及管道裂纹的产生原因,笔者分析研究了管道裂纹产生及扩展时的声发射现象。根据管道裂纹的定位方法,结合管道裂纹声发射现象的产生特点,选用时差定位法对管道裂纹进行定位。并针对时差定位法在实际管道裂纹定位中的应用,提出了一种改进的管道裂纹时差定位方法,即在进行管道裂纹检测时,通过不断增加传感器的数量来确定管道裂纹的产生位置。试验证明,改进后的管道裂纹定位方法切实可行。
According to the stress state of the mine pipeline and the producing causes of pipeline cracks, the paper analyzed the acoustic emission while pipeline cracks producing and expanding. In combination with the producing features of acoustic emission of pipeline cracks, the paper applied TDOA (Time-Difference-Of- Arrival) method to locate pipeline cracks based on location methods of pipeline cracks. In addition, in viewof application of TDOA location method to actual location of pipeline cracks, an improved TDOA location method was proposed, that was to say, the number of sensors gradually increased to locate pipeline cracks during detection. Test showed that the improved location method of pipeline crack was feasible.
