摘要
目的:研制一种能够同时实现氧气充瓶及供给的小型自动充供氧装置。方法:通过建立氧气灌充工艺,应用SolidWorks软件进行充供氧装置结构模拟设计,并应用ANSYS软件对连接圆管进行受力分析,最终完成机电一体化的小型自动充供氧装置的结构设计。结果:该装置可对氧气瓶进行自动充氧,充瓶压力大于10.0 MPa,最高可达13.0 MPa。结论:小型自动充供氧装置能够实现氧气的自动灌充和供给,达到了设计目的。
Objective To develop a kind of small automatic device for simultaneous oxygen filling and supply.Methods With the technique of oxygen filling established,SolidWorks software was used for the simulating structure design of the device,ANSYS software was applied to the force analysis of the connecting pipe,then the electromechanically integrated structure design of the device was fulfilled.Results The device could be used for the automatic filling of the oxygen cylinder,with pressure between 10.0 MPa and 13.0 MPa.Conclusion The device can realize filling and supply of oxygen automatically,and the desired goal is achieved.
