摘要
目的:通过对注射泵流量误差校准规范的分析和讨论,探讨产生流量误差的原理以及不同规范的检测侧重点。方法:对医用注射泵在重新设计的流速流量校准点所得到的检测数据进行分析。结果:低速流量点可以完全反映注射泵的准确度。流速设置值越高,实际流速越稳定;反之,流速波动越大。结论:目前,军队规范中仅测量低速流量测试点(5 mL/h)的方法是可行的。
Objective To analyse and discuss the method in flow rate of calibration specifications for the safety and effectiveness of medical electrical equipment.Methods The test data measured at different flow rate points were analyzed.Results The accuracy of syringe pump could be reflected by the percent error measured at the lowest rate.Conclusion The higher the flow rate is,the smaller the percent error can be,and vice versa for the lower flow rate.The current calibration specification for army hospital,which only tests low flow rate point(5 mL/h),is feasible.
