摘要
目的:探讨鱼骨图分析法在手术耗材成本控制管理中的应用与效果。方法:运用鱼骨图分析法制定手术耗材成本控制管理流程图并实施。结果:应用鱼骨图分析法进行手术耗材成本控制后,2012年月均手术耗材成本较2011年减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用鱼骨图分析法进行手术耗材成本控制,保证了手术室财产管理工作的有序性,真正体现了优质、低耗、高效的成本管理模式。
Objective ：To discuss the aoolicetion and effect of fishbone diagram analysis method in surgical consumables cost control man- agement. Methods：Fishbone diagram analysis method developed surgical supplies and implement cost control management flowchart. Re- sults：Fishbone diagram analysis method for cost control after surgical supplies, surgical supplies in 2012 were to reduce costs than in i011, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Fishbone diagram analysis method for surgical consumables cost control, to ensure the orderly management of the operating room of the property, and truly reflects the high quality, low cost, efficient cost management.
