视频结合图文式健康教育在老年全髋关节置换术患者中的应用 被引量:22

摘要 目的:探讨视频结合图文式健康教育方法在老年全髋关节置换术患者中的应用及效果评价。方法:将80例施行全髋关节置换术的老年患者随机分为对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组采用传统的文字式健康教育方法,观察组采用视频结合图文式的健康教育方法,比较两组术后并发症发生情况及相关知识知晓情况。结果:观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),相关知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用视频结合图文式的健康教育方法能优化老年髋关节置换术患者的教育效果,提高患者的遵医行为,降低术后并发症的发生率。 Objective :To summarize the application and effect evaluation of video and graphic health education in elder patients who un- derwent total hip replacement. Methods : A total of 80 patients after hip replacement were randomly divided into control group and observa- tion group with 40 cases in each group. The control group received traditional health education and the observation group received video and graphic health education. Results:The postoperative complication in the observation group was lower than that the control group(P 〈 0.05 ), the knowledge awareness in the observation group was higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The video and graphic health education effect for,patients of total hip replacement is better than tradition method. It can improve the patientg behav- ior of following to the doctor's instruction and reduce the postoperative complication.
