摘要
有机活性矿物的改性再利用可以提高沥青混合料路用性能,节约道路工程造价。文章利用电子显微扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、激光粒度分析仪和红外光谱(IR)等技术研究了有机改性活性矿物的微观结构。研究结果表明,有机改性活性矿物的中粒径D50为31.90μm,且含有大量的微纳米级SiO2颗粒,能够有效地改善沥青混合料的性能;有机改性组分有可能是具有CC双键的醇类有机物。
The using of of organic modified active mineral could improve pavement property of asphalt mixture and reduce construction cost and maintenance cost. The microstructure of organic modified active mineral is studied by microscopic scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , X-ray diffraction (XRD) , laser particle size analyzer and infrared spectrum(IR) in this paper. The results show that particle size D50 of organic modified active mineral is 31.90 p,m and there contains a lot of micro/nano SiO2 particles which could improve the property of asphalt mixture; the organic components which modified the active mineral could be organic alcohol with C =C bond.
